The Broad Bay Baptist Church Of Jesus has five departments that serve the leadership of the churches according to their ministry within the local church:
PROCLAMATION
Let evangelism be our way of life and this results in souls surrendered to the Lord and growth of the church.
EDUCATION
Teach all Horeb members the principles of life that Jesus taught and the truths of the Christian faith.
COMMUNION
Strengthen the bonds of brotherly love among the members of our church.
SERVICE
Serve and optimally manage the human, financial and material resources available to the church.
WORSHIP
May every member of the church be a worshiper of God in Spirit and in truth.
